Who can exhibit?

Manufacturers, importers, distributors, and service providers in hardware, tools, industrial machinery, lighting, and mechatronic systems.

Can Nigerian businesses apply?

Yes — local companies are strongly encouraged to exhibit and connect with regional buyers.

Who organizes the exhibition?

The event is organized by Uninet Exhibition Pte. Ltd., a global trade-fair company connecting Asian and African markets since 2017.

What is the minimum space to book?

Both international and local Nigerian businesses can exhibit.
Manufacturers, exporters, wholesalers, and service providers across automotive, mechatronics, textiles, renewable energy, and home & building materials are welcome.

Is custom stand design allowed?

Yes — for raw space bookings with organizer approval (max height 4 m).

Can I showcase working machinery?

Yes — live demonstrations are allowed within safety and power regulations outlined in the Exhibitor Manual.

What is the withdrawal and refund policy?

The 50 % deposit is non-refundable. If withdrawn ≥ 60 days before opening and 100 % payment was made, 50 % of the deposit may be refunded.

When is move-in and move-out?

Raw space: 2–3 days before opening.

Package stands: 1 day before.
All stands must be cleared by 4 PM on Nov 13.
